ARTIST STATEMENT:
As individual beings we are exposed to our own unique multiple states of consciousness, while synonymously being a part of something bigger; a collective consciousness. By tapping into these different states of mind we have the potential of profound personal growth and single minded exersion, while having the risk of detachment from our immediate surroundings. Whether the risk is worth the growth is up to the individual, but the innate primitive and provocative characteristics in our subconscious is undeniable, reflecting the inner and outer worlds and struggles of the human psyche. By tapping into our subconscious we reject the ordinary condition of humanity's "waking sleep" and learn our own lucid and intuitive processes while identifying our innate desires.
